He completed his doctoral research under the supervision of Arts & Commerce College Principal, Prof. A. Narasimha Rao , on the topic “ Workplace Dynamics and Challenges in the IT Sector Post-Pandemic : A Case Study on Work From Home in Andhra Pradesh.” The research focuses on the changing work environment, operational challenges, and evolving dynamics in the IT sector following the COVID-19 pandemic , with special emphasis on the Work From Home model in Andhra Pradesh.
