 Lammata Ashish Kumar has been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar College of Law, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Ashish Kumar completed his research on the topic “Converging Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Rights: A Global Perspective on Ownership and Liability Conundrum” under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) K. Sita Manikyam, Principal, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar College of Law.

His research critically examines the evolving interface between Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Rights, focusing on global jurisprudential, legislative, and policy perspectives. The study offers valuable insights into ownership and liability concerns surrounding AI-generated works.
