Great Vizag Shopping Festival – 2025

Organized under the “Super GST – Super Savings” Programme

The Government of Andhra Pradesh, under the visionary leadership of the Honourable Chief Minister, has launched the “Super GST – Super Savings” programme, which will be conducted from 22nd September 2025 to 19th October 2025. This initiative marks an important milestone under the Second-Generation GST Reforms, aimed at rationalizing tax rates, promoting trade, and encouraging consumer participation in the formal economy.

As part of this initiative, the District Collector and Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, is organizing the Great Vizag Shopping Festival – 2025, a grand exhibition to boost local commerce and public engagement.

District Collector M.N. Harendhira Prasad, along with other officials, released the poster containing the details of the program. Afterwards, the details of the program were announced.


Event Details

  • Venue: Andhra University Engineering College Grounds, Visakhapatnam
  • Dates: 16th October 2025 to 19th October 2025 (4 days)
  • Timings: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

This mega event is designed to showcase the vibrancy of Vizag’s commercial, cultural, and entrepreneurial spirit, providing a common platform for both consumers and businesses.

A total of 66 stalls are being set up, representing a wide range of sectors and industries.

The stalls are organized in two dimensions: 21 stalls of 20x20 ft and 45 stalls of 10x10 ft, ensuring diverse participation and visitor accessibility.


Cultural & Entertainment Activities:

The festival will feature a series of cultural performances, celebrating local art, dance, and music, highlighting the heritage of Andhra Pradesh. These activities aim to engage families, youth, and visitors, making the festival both a commercial and cultural celebration.

Special Attractions

  • Lucky Dip Competitions: To encourage visitor participation and enthusiasm, exciting lucky dip draws will be conducted during the event, offering attractive prizes.
  • Family-friendly Environment: Ample facilities for visitors, including food courts, parking have been planned.

The Great Vizag Shopping Festival – 2025 aims to:
