Oasis Fertility Launches Janani Yatra from Vizag to Educate Communities and Spread Fertility Awareness

Visakhapatnam, 24^th November2025 – After inspiring hope and awareness among thousands of couples across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Oasis Fertility, India’s trusted fertility expert for 16 years, launched its second edition of Oasis Janani Yatra — a nationwide fertility awareness movement — from Visakhapatnam on 24th November 2025. The event was graced by Chief Guest –Sri Ganta Srinivas, Honorable MLA of Visakhapatnam and Sri Vamsi Srinivas, Honorable MLA of Visakhapatnam,  along with other dignitaries. This campaign aims to bring fertility awareness and expert closer to local communities, helping couples take their first step towards parenthood in regions where awareness and guidance remain limited.

With fertility rates in Andhra Pradesh declining to 1.5—well below the replacement threshold of 2.1, infertility has become a growing yet often overlooked public health concern. For most families, accessing fertility treatment means traveling to distant cities, a journey that brings not only financial strain but also emotional and logistical challenges, especially when treatment extends over several months. This highlights the urgent need for accessible, high-quality fertility care closer.

In light, “Oasis Janani Yatra” is a pioneering awareness initiative aimed at educating communities about the often-overlooked causes of infertility and the urgent need for proactive lifestyle changes. This unique outreach program features a state-of-the-art mobile fertility clinic that travels from Visakhapatnam to Tier II and Tier III towns, parking vital conversations around reproductive health. It offers free consultations with experienced fertility specialists, free AMH and hemoglobin testing for women, free semen analysis, and safe, hygienic sample collection zones.

By delivering consultations on preventive, science-backed and enhanced fertility information directly, the Oasis Janani Yatra seeks to break the silence around infertility, dismantle long-standing stigmas, and empower both men and women to take proactive control of their reproductive health—especially at a time when lifestyle-related infertility is steadily rising. Through a strong collaboration with government bodies, this initiative aims to ensure that evidence-based fertility solutions reach underserved regions, where access and awareness remain in critical gaps.

In addition to the launch of the state-of-the-art mobile fertility clinic, the initiative also featured a Walkathon for Parenthood to raise awareness about infertility and promote the importance of embracing advanced, science-led fertility treatments and preservation options. The event witnessed participation from diverse sections of the local community, including students, families, and healthcare professionals.
